Broadway WELLness is a new series where you learn the secrets of how Broadway artists and creatives handle the same emotions and challenges we all experience.
    - Join Kate as she walks you through two different exercises that will help you identify things that make you feel vulnerable and best practices for navigating those feelings. You will also learn how to keep an "Anxiety Record" to best prepare yourself for your journey towards expressing vulnerability.
    - Listen to a live interview with Abby Mueller focusing on how vulnerability has played a part in her life onstage and off.
    - Join Kate on the “BeWell Couch” to ask Kate your very own questions!

From Embracing Change, to Handling Stress, to Focusing on the Future and more, Broadway WELLness is a perfect hour out of your day to focus on YOU!
