We are unable to accept mail-orders or checks. Orders must be placed on-line through PlaybillStore.com with a major credit card. If for whatever reason you are not able to place your order on-line and want to place an order by phone, please email us with your name and phone number. A PlaybillStore.com representative will call you as soon as possible to take your order over the phone.
Billing: We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
Email confirmations: After successfully completing your order, you will be sent an automatic email order confirmation. Please note that some email servers may read automatic email order confirmations as spam and place them in your spam folder, or block them from your inbox entirely. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please email us at

Sales tax: PlaybillStore.com is required to collect state sales tax from the residents of states in which we maintain offices. Sales tax on the total dollar amount of the sale, plus shipping, is automatically calculated based on the shipping address. Sales tax will be charged for merchandise shipped to the following states: CA - 7.75%, FL - 6.5%, IL - 9.0%, MN - 6.5%, NY - 8.375%, & TX - 8.25%.
Shipping: The majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS ground or Fed Ex Ground. A few items are shipped via USPS. We are not able to offer express shipping. Most items will arrive within 5 to 7 business days; however, please allow two full weeks for delivery.
PlaybillStore.com has arrangements with some of our vendors to fulfill orders for us from their warehouses. For this reason, your order may be shipped in more than one package from separate locations.
Foreign orders: Subscriptions to Playbill magazine and the Playbill Opening Night Service are available worldwide. All other merchandise from PlaybillStore.com ships only inside the USA.
Returns: All sales are final. Merchandise lost or damaged during shipping will be replaced at our expense. Clothing may be exchanged for a different size if returned unwashed and with all original tags intact. The customer pays the shipping cost to return the clothing to us for exchange.
Sales policy: PlaybillStore.com reserves the right to place any of our merchandise or subscriptions on sale, and to end any such sale, without prior notice to the public. Sale prices will not be honored once the item or items are taken off sale.

EMAIL GIFT CERTIFICATES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Gift certificates are redeemable on-line only through the PlaybillStore.com website at www.playbillstore.com.
2. Gift certificates can only be redeemed by residents of the USA . With the exception of Playbill Subscriptions, we do not ship outside the USA.
3. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase foreign subscriptions to Playbill magazine or the Playbill Opening Night Service.
4. PlaybillStore.com gift certificates have no expiration date.
5. Not redeemable for cash and may not be returned for cash refund.
6. May not be used to purchase gift certificates.
7. If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you must pay the remaining balance with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
8. Any unused balance will remain stored in our database and may be used towards a future purchase. There are no fees of any kind applied to balances remaining unused.

SSL provides sound privacy protection by encrypting the already heavily secured channel of communication that goes between you the consumer and the PlaybillStore.com database. Using a mathematical formula, SSL puts the information you send into a complex code. Think of it as a coat of armor.
