PlaybillStore.com is a division of Playbill, Inc. Founded in 1884, Playbill is the exclusive magazine for Broadway and Off-Broadway theatregoers, providing complete cast and production credits for each show, as well as features articles and columns by and about theatre personalities, entertainment, travel, fashion, and dining.
PlaybillStore.com is an online store only. Since opening in the fall of 2000, our virtual Broadway superstore has earned a four and half star rating out of five from Yahoo! Shopping because of our dedication to providing the largest selection of Broadway theatre souvenir merchandise and superior customer service.
In addition to our own unique Playbill merchandise and collectibles, we carry the official souvenir merchandise sold in the lobbies of all your favorite Broadway shows, as well as merchandise from touring productions, which can be difficult to find anywhere else online. We also offer a large selection of Broadway and theatre-related products found on larger, mass market sites, such as CDs, DVDs, and books, all at competitive prices.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & SALES POLICIES
Returns: All sales are final. Merchandise lost or damaged during shipping will be replaced at our expense.
Exchanges: Clothing may be exchanged for a different size if returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. The customer pays the shipping cost to return the clothing to us for exchange. Return clothing items to be exchanged for a different size to the address below, along with a note containing your shipping info, and what size you wish to be sent to you. When we receive the clothing you wish to exchange, the replacement will be shipped out.

Sales policy: PlaybillStore.com reserves the right to place any of our merchandise or subscriptions on sale, and to end any such sale, without prior notice to the public. Sale prices will not be honored once the item or items are taken off sale.
ORDERING, BILLING, & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Ordering: Orders must be placed on-line through PlaybillStore.com with a major credit card. We are unable to accept mail-orders or checks. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
Shipping Methods: All merchandise is shipped via UPS ground, with the exception of Playbill magazine subscriptions, which ship via the US postal service.
Most orders will ship within 48 hours and arrive within 5 to 7 business days from date of purchase; however, please allow two full weeks for delivery.
PlaybillStore.com has arrangements with some of our vendors to fulfill orders for us from their warehouses. For this reason, your order may be shipped in more than one package from separate locations.
Sales tax: PlaybillStore.com is required by law to collect state and local sales tax when shipping to the residents of states in which we maintain offices - CA , FL, IL, MN, NY, & TX. State and local sales tax on the total dollar amount of your order, including shipping fees, are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Foreign orders: PlaybillStore.com does not ship outside of the USA, with the exception of subscriptions to Playbill magazine, which are available worldwide.
